DO I NEED A LICENSE TO HIRE A MOTORBOAT?

Only for the QuickSilver Smart 555 motor boat needs a license. According to Greek Marine law you need license for up to 30hp engine
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED WITH ME?

You should have your ID card or Passport.
ARE THE BOATS EASY TO HANDLE?

At My Boat we provide Brand new easy to handle due to their manufacture and equipment motorboats. Also, we do an extensive demonstration of the operation of the boat as well how to handle on an emergancy.
WHAT IF MY CRUISE IS CANCELLED?

If your trip is cancelled due to bad weather conditions. we are willing either to refund, or to provide a resceduled option.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY CRUISE

If you want to cancel your cruise please refer to our cancelation policy.
IS THERE A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes, we hold 500 euro deposit in cash before your departure for the cruise. If the boat is returned as received we return you the security deposit.
IS FUEL INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE?

No, fuel is not included. The motorboat is delivered to you with full tank and you pay for the fuel spent at your disembarkation price based on the local prices of fuel.
ARE THERE LIFEJACKETS?

Yes. The motorboat is fully equipped with lifejackets for adults and kids.
ARE THE BOATS PET-FRIENDLY?

Yes you can have your pet with you while you cruise Santorini with My Boat vessels.
IF I NEED HELP DURING THE CRUISE?

At any time during your cruise you can contact us if you need any advise or assistance. All the boats are equipped with GPS TRACKER with which we know your exact location and by pressing a button you inform us immediately for help.
DO YOU PROVIDE SNORKELLING AND FISHING EQUIPMENT?

Yes, we provide snorkelling and fishing equipment uppon request.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A SKIPPER IF I DON'T WANT TO DRIVE MYSELF?

Yes, we can provide you an experinced, certified skipper uppon request with extra charge.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can pay either with credit card or cash. If you choose to Book Online at least the deposit has to be instant with credit card, and then in person you can choose your payment method for the remaing money.
